im sure whychat will pop in. to me, thats sounds good. altho keep up on it and make sure they dont set some date and not tell you. i think after a year of no activity on a suit and if your out of SOL, you can move for dismissal of it. right now, let it lie and keep a close eye. lol. what was the other 2 letters for? may i ask? is this ALL cap1?
