its ridiculous/ the law says the SOL is only for winning a lawsuit..they can try to collect 4ever. they count on us and judges and all not knowing the law, not being able to take time off work to answer bs suits..then scaring us into paying. its all bs and the gov lets them get away with it daily. your right, it should be the end. but even cops will arrest someone whose crime is past SOL, and the DA has to decide to not file. or file and then the defense has to say judge....this is too old. course, all this costs us money, time and pain. they love that. like i said, they think someone died and made them God of debts.
