Of course Cap One had send me something! I wish that I could afford an attorney and fight this one. I did just post some questions on that letter. It's very obvious that Stillman Law Office is trying to get it so that I DON"T have my day in court!

The other letter was from Zwicker and Associates and they are saying that I have been avoiding their letters and calls. The last letter that I received like this....I wrote them back and gave them the information on the letter that I did write them and also the name of the woman that signed for it. They didn't know how to respond so I received a letter stating that they were looking into the matter....!

Looks like it's time to write them again!
