arbitration is a joke. what state..what date was your last payment in good standing? take money out of your checking accounts or savings...make sure you are judgement proof if you can. at least fight them somehow so if they win, they have to work for it. whychat can tell you more on how to fight it. also check out the links to his/her site...it has things on how to answer lawsuits and the SOLs...etc.
