hugsssssssssssss. first read whychats site and know your rights and what they cant take. to take anything they must go to court and get a judgement. check your state laws on this. above all,,,know thats their job. sick as it is..and sick as they are..quit answering and listening if you cant take it. bud hibbs is great. if you asked for validation..and i dont recommend you do that inside SOL, they cant contact you until its validated. they break laws constantly and i learned to laugh at them, mostly. its only money and its not worth our sanity nor our health. there really is not many ways to resolve it except to learn your rights..laugh at the CA scum..and roll with the punches. i wish you luck. :) my phone rings 7 days a week too. usually i have fun with them...but do not tell them ANYTHING. please stay here and post all you want.
