i have 2 credit cards that are now with a collection agency. at that time i had no money and no real job. today, luckily business is going good and i have money. my question is how do i deal with these agency. they seem so sleazy when i talk to them i fear to do anything with them. i have the money to pay them. Do i hire somebody to negotiate with them? do i do nothing? whats the chance i get sued? i have the liquidity but really don't want to pay these scumbags. need some advice
