i dont know what i was thinking. i gave my car back to toyota in 2000 because they would not let me take it with me to another country(military). it was a lease. they sold it. i got some paperwork in the middle of relocating, dont know where it is. got a call from SRA last week. IM STUPID! i talked to the lady. she wanted me to get a loan for $5000( a settlement)! i called her back from my job, i KNOW they have caller id and now know where i work...i am in NC. am i doomed? can they garnish my pay, i cant afford that. i read the link about it, but im not too clear. thanks for any help, this is stressing me out, its the only bad thing on my report, but i dont have that kind of money.
