I called the number for 1 800 654 6999 and got their address and name of the company.. it is Receivables Specialists Inc. 7200 W. McNab Tamarac, FL . This time when I called, I didnt get Frank Burns. I asked if there was anything I needed to include on anything I sent to the company and she said, no I can tell this is a complaint by the number you are calling from!?! I called from a payphone at work. Hmmmmm.. interesting, huh?
