JKelly is right. You don't have time to figure out if they will sue or not. You need to change accounts AND banks, or every penny you have will be drained.

And whether the OC can sue you or not really depends on whether the CA (collection agency) bought the account outright. If they purchased the account, the OC has no claim over it at all.
