But, if they do sue you (not likely) they will most likely not be able to validate. The burden of proof is on them. You can make them prove that they have the right to sue, that the debt is yours, that all charges are correct, that all addeded interest is legal and allowed in your state. These low life CAs buy these account for pennies on the dollar, with little or no supporting information.
