Asset searches are done by name and SSN, so it's theoretically possible that they could find your account via an asset search. It depends on how much you owe as to whether they would go to the expense of paying for an asset search. But having a very small bank and never using your accounts to pay any of your creditors may keep you below the radar. If it's a lot of money that they're seeking, don't take too many chances.
