Filing BANKRUPTCY: I need QUICK ADVICE

Hello,

I'm filing bankruptcy in Tennessee.

I'm filing JOINTLY with my wife.

I just moved here from California.

I have one judgment against me from a credit card.

I have a pending lawsuit from another credit card.

I have NO assets at all and no job at this time.

Any suggestions that will help me?
