certainly hope it helps reporting them to the BK atty. Because as I had posted here last week that my sis and hubby filed BK 2 years ago and get letters at least twice a week from the mortgage company that had financed their house-which they had let go back.The atty. could not care any less.Now they get letters saying back taxes are owed. It's a mess.
