Tomorrow is my day to go to the Cook County courthouse in ILL to file an appearance. Does anyone have a copy of one they can email me? I have no idea what I am doing. I am totally in the wrong on this acct which is a Bank of America acct where I owe 7600. I have no money to settle. Should I even show up tomorrow. HOw long does it usually take after a judgement is placed that they start freezing up the bank acct? Any info would be appreciated. I dont want to pay 120 to go to court to lose anyway. The only thing going to court would do is bide me more time if I ever could get a settlement amount to pay the vultures. Sherman Acqu.
