Maybe I wasnt clear, but the debt is clearly mine. They definetly want a default judgement so I need to know how I go about filing an appearance. But I view an appearance as a waste of time since I have no legs to stand on. I dont want a judgement on my acct but I am pretty judgement proof. I also dont want a frozen bank acct. Does anyone know how long it takes after a default judgement to seize ones bank acct??
