Should I pick up Certified Letter?

I got a slip for a certified letter yesterday in the mail. As I work I will never be available to receive it and would have to go to the post office to retreive it. All my accounts but one (Amsouth) have been charged off and/or sold. Should I go get the letter or just skip it. I've talked with everyone and really don;t have anything more to discuss with any CA's. Going 'ound and 'round over a letter isn't going ot change anything. Anyone got any ideas or experience?
