hey .. i cant tell you what to do but i can sure tell ya what id do , id NOT send ANY of these collection comps. a single dime becouse trust me on this - screw what they tell you they CAN NOT be trusted , they LIE LIE LIE simply to add a couple bucks to their comm checks each week .. the SOL in your state is 5 yrs & from your post your already over 3 ys into this so like i say ME PERSONALLY id wait it out .. ***IF*** your determined to square this away as i feel you may look to do please remember THEY LIE so get everything in writing BEFORE you agree to pay them anything with them agreeing to remove ALL tradelines from all 3 credit reporting services ( transunion experian equifax ) with NOTHING mentioning of negative tradelines & IN WRITING that they cannot sell the remaining amount to another service , i dont reccomend dealing with collection agencings period BUT since these are very small & if these conditions are placed in writing then MAYBE do it to clean up the credit you'll save a few yrs of waiting , just my opinion tho , kelly .......
