yeah, mine either. all lawyers are not created equal. lol. i just sucked mine up ..but like i said..have her call and tell them her FILE NUMBER only and then write CRRR as a followup and remind them collectin on a BK dicharged debt is highly illegal. the taxes would be easy to straighten out. good luck. she can notify the judge in the BK court what they are doin..and everyone in her state.
