a note on BKs and lawyers

i am seeing more posts on BK lawyers not doin their jobs./ a note here to say...most of us dont know they arent until AFTER and we learn how they screwed us. i think with BKs becoming so common , that jerk lawyers..like debt collection lawyers..are cashing in without knowing a damn thing about what their doin. so always follow up a few months after discharge..CRs...creditors..etc and send them the file number of your case if they are collecting. remind them--CRRR-- collectin on a discharged debt is highly illegal. they will whine no one told them..blah blah. maybe no one did. but now you have and make sure they know to shut up. never trust anyone 100% to do their jobs. sometimes it dont happen. BK lawyers here come out of the woodwork..like ambulance chasers..cause they can make a fortune with very little legal work. mostly a secretary types it up and they show for a hour at a hearing and make 1000$. having that "lawyer diploma" makes judges feel better for some reason...god knows why... just watch ya back and dont assume anything with them.
