1 - Only ONE collection agency can collect at a time, they cannot double-team you. You should dispute the earlier collection.

2- Dispute this as 'not mine' with the credit bureaus, only don't just say 'not mine'. In your dispute say 'I have no knowlege of this alleged debt'.

You can either call the credit bureaus or write dispute letters. I'd do it in writing - gives you a paper trail.
