i divoced a few years back.we didnt have any assets together.ayear ago i remarried and bought a new home.my ex has been joblessand on welfare.she has bad credit and previously asked me to get a loan for her ,which i refused.yesterday i got a preapproval letterin her name offering to refinance my home based on info they obtained from a credit bureau.shes never lived at this adress.what do you think?
