Thanks for all the great advice. I will go tomorrow to file my appearance, and see what happens. The case though is being handled by one of Shermans lawyers in Chicago, Adler and Associates. I am hoping this will bide me time, so I can settle shortly ( hopefully borrow money from an outside source) . I just hope they are in mood to settle and not bend me over the barrel. Can I ask how you won your case Boadicea? Was it your account? What premise allowed you to win? Was it just swept away under the rug? Thanks for the info.
