I filed for bk chapter 13 and included was a consolidated loan me and my boyfriend took out...the loan is in my name as I was the primary lender and I did the bk on the full amount...can then credit union now go after him for the full amount since he is not listed on my bk and he was a cosigner on the loan? In NJ
