Yes I lost my job in fall of 2002 and had other monetary problems back then, (stock losses, bad investments) I have been paying for these since, and am mad at myself for not taking a BK last year. I borrowed a lot of money from others to settle most debts and wish I was more prudent in settling (even though i got 40c on the dollar on some of them). The bottom line is I have to do whatever it takes to stop a judgement (since its the same as a bk in my eyes). And then find a way to settle once then see for real that I will fight, and that I am judgement proof. I will answer their call after they see I appear tomorrow to see what can be worked out.
