I had asked a question yesterday about two CA's. One ,"Unifund" was the new CA. After reading the info giving to me, from this sight by Mr.Hibbs (thanks for the help), I went back and double checked the bill that Unifund had sent me, as proof of this account being owed.
They have the bill dated as 2001. I know that I havent paid anything since before 2000. Looks like they may have changed the date on it??
If I can prove this, can I do anything about?...and should I even try?...or just let sleeping dogs lie??
