Thanks guys , I find this exciting actually.
The photocopies they added on to the summons dont have my signature, they just highlight some legal mumbo jumbo you get when you first get your credit card.
I just want to make this perfectly clear.
When it says "Sherman Acquisition II LP As Assignee of Bank of America" Plantiff, that means nothing? To a layman like myself that means they are suing on behalf of B of A, and have not bought it. Can I just get clarification on that please! Thanks a million.
