Same thing happend to me with Chase in 01'..I got a call about 6 months later from an attorney office..Their name was "The law offices of Donald Burak"...come to find out they were part of CollectAmerica, just a goon collection agency..anyway they threatend to seize my car (dont own one), repo my house (dont own one) then called me at work and asked the extension of my payroll dept (trying to garnish wages)...DOnt worry its all talk...I sent them a Cease and Disist letter and never heard from them again..the only thing is the goons sold it to Midland and now another Law OFfice (collector) is after me, so now I will do the same as last time and wait for the SOL in Oct.
