My experience with our Ohio AG Office was about the same. They are worthless, they do not know what they are talking about. One person from there tried to tell me that CC are written contracts and therefore 15 yrs SOL. How rediculous is that. They (the AG Office is absolutely useless on this subject. If they were engineers they could not engineer their way out of a paper bag. Useless. Useless. Useless. On this subject.
SOL is four years on open accounts.
