SOMETHING with your signature would be a start. If the cardholder agreement doesn't have your signature, they need some charge receipts showing your signature and that you used the account. Barring that, they have NO PROOF.

So forget about settling with them. Nail 'em to the wall! Fight it to the very last drop of the gavel.
