I am being sued by Great Seneca (CA) for a $6,200 Chase Bank card balance I had. I court papers I was served with had "Exibit A" attached to it which was supposedly proof the account was mine. It was a simple typed document that had an account number and a balance on it with nothing else. They had nothing with a signature on it at all. I am betting they have no documentation. Wouldn't they play their best card on the court papers and send a copy of the original contract? I think they just bluffed and I'm gonna call with a notice to appear and deny the account. Anyone else agree????
