ithink there are a few violations in there, leaving a message like that in the first place is just wrong, cause anyone could listen to it. they cant threaten to sue anyone,although if you think about it i guess threatening to sue someone who doesnt exist may not count, unless they actually plan on suing for real, also an intersting possiblity. still you might want to keep the message,or maybe send a copy off to the ftc.
