I appreciate you cando Boadicea. I would want this though cleared up at some point on my credit report if I ever do want to get a house or something. But would only pay if all my demands were in writing. Its too bad Bank Of America didnt wait a little longer as I would have settled with them. We shall see what happens. I just dont understand how these firms cant produce signatures of my contract with B of A. And Im glad to know that the affidavit of assignee is not enough to prove that this debt is truly theirs. Now on to my answer.
