I agree that paid collections suck, but to get a mortgage one day all these will have to be settled at some point. I just am in a bad situation that I borrowed some money to settle other debts and dont want to claim a BK now as I will feel as if I just really pissed that money down the toliet. So now for myself I want to make sure there are no JM or Bk's on credit report , and then like a Phoenix I will again rise out of Arizona.
