I'm in Florida and received a summons regarding a credit card debt a month ago regarding a lawsuit filed against me and need to response in writing within 30 days. Anyway I have a lawyer who is processing my bankruptcy and said to ignore it 'cause Im doing chapter 7 bankruptcy.Anyway, when I check with the county regarding the status of my case, it stated :SERVICE OF PROCESS-RTRN SERVED ON SUMMONS.... Can anybody tell me what tha means???Thnks
