Bull Crap! This is all hearsay evidence and they have no first hand knowledge of the account. He can testify I do believe as an expert witness, but that would have to be determined prior to the court appearance. Otherwise the collection attorney can not testify and you must object to his testimony anytime he tries to. The Sherman attorney will not have any knowledge of the bookeeping done on your account.
