I'm so glad that I found this place. My husband received a civil summons from an attorney representing citibank. We need advice on what to do. We live in NC. We don't want to file bankruptcy. We have worked out payment arrangements with our other credit card companies and just need to do something about this. Should we get a lawyer? We have until June 23 to file an answer. Any advice will help. Thanks!
