Thanks, this is good. I just want to cover all my bases on what may or may not happen and how I can handle things. I dont want my answer to demand they show proof, I will wait to bring that up in court. And I am starting to doubt that it would be so easy for them. Since they sent me nothing but the credit card agreement legal mumbo jumbo on back of my summons and nothing that had my signature. I want to make them cr$p when they see my answer. If need be I will take this all the way to wherever and if they ever did get a judgement , HELLO BK and I aint talking Burger King.
