I have paid off a past due account on 4-2-04 to a credit card by Bankfirst. They gave 8 weeks to report to all three major credit bureaus, which they have not done. I get several calls from them everyday and when my wife called them today to try and straighten this out, the lady was very rude to her and told her she will report this to the three bureaus, but wouldn't give her a date of by when. She stimply told her that they are just a little late and if we would of paid our bills on time, this wouldn't be happening. My wife and I now have college degrees and make good money and was hoping to start looking to buy a house soon and were very scared that this will hold us up. Since they still call me everyday and won't report that I have paid, is this considered harassment?? If it is, how can I report this and get them to report it to the credit agencies??
