Why Chat, In reference to your post below about selling debts before and after charge offs as normal business and perfectly legal. But isn't there a difference when the debt is not delinquent the buyer is really your new creditor. But if sold after charge off, the buyer is still nothing more than a collector according to the FDCPA?? Thanks
