We have not made "settlements". We have agreements to lower rates and no late or overlimit fees. And so far they are sticking with it. As for the last on time payment I'm not sure. We tried to do credit counseling but the company we tried could not seem to do anything. I had better luck talking to them myself. Thanks for your help, I will check out your web site.
