I've only been on this board a few days but it seems like I never see anyone follow up with what happened in the court..they say "Im going to court tomorrow" then thats the last I see of them.. hopefully some post the results and I just havent been on the board long enough to see any...
Also anyone else here have a car loan through Triad?? I do and NEVER AGAIN...one day late on a car payment after 3 years of paying on time and they call 10 times a day...once I get this credit thing cleared up I wont have to use a company like Triad. I sent them a limited C&D so I wouldnt get the calls at work and they still call...to bad I have caller i.d. at work and have their damn number memorized now. Can I complain to the FTC on them for still calling me at work?
