only my 2 cents. validating thru a CA within SOL runs a huge risk of getting sued. verify thru the CRAs. but not much...or it is frivolous. and ones who do ruin it for the rest of us...by simply trying to sweep the credit reports...well ok its their choice and mine is mine...but watch validating thru a CA...do you think this is not your debt?? then go for it....both ways. CRAs must show you the proof and all when its verified.
