Being sued by ASS Acceptance......WhyChat help please!

Hey all, I am currently being sued by ASSET ACCEPTANCE for an out of SOL Providian CC debt. As is customary, they say its a written agreement, I say its unwritten and we have a SOL dispute. Well I filed my appearance and used WhyChat's SOL defense form. This was all done on time and properly. Now their attorney files for a summary judgment hearing. Heres the good part. In the original FILED complaint, they asked for $$$ for a Providian account, NOW in the summary judgment request, they have added an additional Mont Wards account to the mix! Keep in mind, they NEVER filed any paperwork with me or the court in reference to this account. They have, in filed court papers, tried to slip one past both me and the judge. I was NEVER contacted about any Mont Wards acct. Heres my ?, what type of impropriety is this? A rule 11 violation maybe? Any tips on how to make this attorney look like a real dumbass and fry him on this one? I WILL be attending this hearing, this is gonna be a good one. This is in WA state by the way. Thanks to all who can help.
