please help!assett acceptance suing past sol in oklahoma

i posted a couple of days ago. however i am still confused. everything i have read tells me the sol for ok is 3 years and credit card debt is considered an open ended account.however every attormney i speak to tells me 5 years and that its a contract. i even hired one and it cost me $600.00 for that information. is he wrong and do the oklahoma courts have to stand behind the federal truth and lending act and its interpetation of open ended accounts? this attorney disputes its validity.
