Write to your bank stating this was an unauthorized withdrawal and demand they reverse it. State you expect them to prosecute whoever initiated the withdrawal for fraud and you will join them in filing charges.

Copy in your AG, your state banking commission, the district attorney for your city and ensure you show all cc's at the bottom of the letter.
