Most lawyers are not familiar with the TILA and other consumer protection laws as it relates to contracts.That is because it is very rare for a consumer to pay them to defend them in a lawsuit.

If you follow the directions on my website, "How To Answer A Lawsuit", you will be able to either do it yourself, or teach your lawyer some consumer law.
