First, there is no 30-day limitation for them to validate, but they DO have to cease all collection activities. If you get to court and they have still produced nothing, you bring it up in court by telling the judge you aren't sure if its your account or not, as you have requested validation per the FDCPA Section 809 and they have NOT produced ANY documentation. They are going to have to prove it in court. Take a copy of the FDCPA with you to back up your argument.
