This account is relatively new, so within the SOL. My guess would be that this account is assigned to this CA by Citibank. When they can't collect, it will go back to Citibank and eventually be sold to a CA. As I said, they can't touch your house, they can't garnish in Texas. What they CAN do is freeze your bank account. If they can convince a judge that you will remove money from the bank in order to avoid paying your debt, they can freeze your account before judgement. PROTECT YOUR BANKING INFO NOW. If you have ever paid Citibank with your current account, they have your info. Go to a different bank and get an account with your husband as primary if possible.
