I looked back thru my records, I keep a record of all phone contacts and who I speak with,lol, and NCO had this account last. Now I know why I wasn't receiving phone calls for a month. It was given to this new agency-Encore.
The thing is too-the last time I called back this 888# casue I got tired of the daily phone call-I was asked to confirm the last 4 digits of my ssn. I wouldn't do it and hung up. This time, the guy didn't ask for it.
