i have all the texas codes online if you want them. send them a limited C and D so they wont call work. should they break it..a violation. have your neighbor do a harassment charge with the police. they can only call once for location. and not tell why or who they are. second time was a violation. tell them the neighbor is elderly and should it happen again, the police will be involved and the phone company. these people think they can do anything. show them they cant. theres one link...i have others. tx is very strict on creditors. also make sure this company is bonded to collect in texas..if its a CA. complain to the AG...BBB...also. seriously follow up on the police charges. are you also in texas? we have no wage garnishing..they can lien our houses...but not take them. one car per driver is also exempt. thats exactly what they count on..one called my hbs work and said its a emergency for him to call this lady..gave her first name only...ohh, i ripped her a new one. lol. after he did. lol.
